We are happy to offer you the ability to pause your membership once every 12-month period. We just require that you freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. There is a processing fee of $10 to place your membership on hold. We will charge this to the credit card we have on file. You can contact us at 805-598-7100 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that your billing will automatically resume at the end of the freeze period. If you need to make any additional updates like extending your freeze or cancelling your membership, please contact us. We cannot issue a refund for membership charges. Thank you for understanding. Also, if you have a mat stored at our downtown location, we’d prefer you pick it up while your membership is on hold to make space for other members. We will periodically remove mats that remain unclaimed for several months.
